Situated on an elevated site, the Port St George golf and tennis club will command spectacular views over the course, the courts and the marina. The 18-hole course will descend to the Atlantic coastline and provide the backdrop for a spectacular residential component to the development.

Golf course plans are currently only at a “proof of concept” stage and the land area allocated will now be worked with by specialist golf course designers.

Alongside the golf driving range will be a baseball field and soccer pitch, with the latter surrounded by a running track. Another spectacular sports facility will be the cricket pitch and pavilion, which will be surrounded by prestigious homes with grandstand views of the playing area.
