Visit The Island

Access to Port St George is both easy and pleasurable. Travelling by air, Stella Maris International Airport is just five minutes away and Long Island’s other airport, Deadman’s Cay, is around 45 minutes distant. The closer of the two has Port of Entry status, whilst the more distant is to benefit from a recently announced new facility to improve the island’s airlift even further. From either of these airports the major hub at Nassau is just a 45 minutes flight away and the secondary hub of George Town, Exuma just 15 minutes or so. The aerial views to be enjoyed during these short flights make them part of the pleasure of any travel to or from Port St George.

Arriving by sea, the marina also has Port of Entry status. Customs and immigration facilities at both the airport and the marina are never crowded, so arrival and departure are a breeze and whether you arrive by air or sea you’ll be sure to admire the colour of the waters – no matter how many times you visit or return home.
